ClickUp Consultant for Agencies

ClickUp systems your team will actually use.

I'm Diana. I optimize how your agency runs, then build it into ClickUp so work stops living in Slack threads and someone's head.

You bought ClickUp months ago, but half the team still tracks work in spreadsheets. Every project is set up differently, so nothing is comparable and reporting is guesswork. Statuses, tags, and custom fields multiplied until nobody trusts the data.

ClickUp isn't the problem. The problem is the processes underneath it, and no tool fixes a broken workflow. That's why I don't do standalone ClickUp setups: I optimize how your agency actually runs first, then build the right tool around those workflows so the system holds. Usually that's ClickUp. If something else fits your team better, that's what I'll recommend.

I've spent 15 years in operations and built ClickUp for everything from two-person agencies to 100-person teams. I train your team so the system actually sticks.

And I don't set it up and leave. Your processes get documented, your team gets trained, and I stay on while the system beds in, because a workspace nobody uses is worse than none. Book a free call and I'll tell you what your operations should look like, even if you don't hire me.

What I Do

Process optimization first: I map how your agency actually delivers and fix the workflows before any tool touches them

ClickUp build or rebuild: a workspace designed around your delivery, or a cleanup of the one you have, without losing live work

Automation and AI workflows: onboarding, handoffs, reports, and status updates that run themselves, connected to your stack

Team adoption and training: SOPs, walkthroughs, and support through the first weeks so the system sticks

How It Works

Free call: we map where your delivery breaks down and whether I can fix it

Audit and design: I document how your agency works and design the processes and workspace around it

Build and migrate: process fixes, the system build, and live work moved over without disruption

Train and handoff: your team learns the system, SOPs document it, and I stay on while it beds in

What You Get

The team knows what to focus on every day without being told

Clients get a polished, consistent experience regardless of who's on their account

The owner can see bottlenecks in real time instead of finding out when something's late

The backend is clean enough that onboarding a new hire or a new client doesn't throw everything off

People stop working late to keep up

Questions you might have

Straight answers, before you even book the call.

Can you just set up ClickUp for us?

I don't do standalone setups, deliberately. A tool built on top of unoptimized processes doesn't get used. I optimize how your agency runs first, build the system around that, train your team, and stay through adoption. And if a different tool fits your team better than ClickUp, that's what I'll recommend.

We already use ClickUp. Do we have to start over?

Almost never. A cleanup keeps everything worth keeping and restructures around your real workflows. Starting over is the last resort, not the default.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope. Book a free call and I'll give you a straight answer after seeing your workspace.
